Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Jun 01, 2015 4:24 pm Hi all, So I have been trying to get my side path concreted. Contacted about 20 concreters via online form/phone/email, about 4 responded to look at the job. None has turned up, wasting my time. Anyone know where they went? Is this a busy period for them or am I just having a bad luck? Any recommendations in the Bankstown Area? Thank you. Re: Where did the concreters in Sydney go? 2Jun 01, 2015 10:09 pm They are all back logged after the bad weather. A lot are booked out with house slabs/driveways. They are extremely busy at the moment and most are pricing jobs pretty high as they can choose their jobs at the moment. IF you're interested I can pm you the details of my concreter and see how you go. He does heaps of work in your area. As above, I did get him off a quoting site and hes been excellent, and has lots of reviews. Re: Where did the concreters in Sydney go? 5Jun 02, 2015 8:02 am ahh that explains it. Although, communication wouldn't hurt aswell. Rang two of the concreters in the morning to confirm if they were coming in the arvo, they said yes.
