Hi,
Our alfresco/pergola area is old terracotta stenciled concrete. I was wondering can we just tile straight over the top?
Cheers

Can't see why not, so long as its done properly and you have the room - ie height. Re: Can you tile over stenciled concrete? 3Jan 07, 2015 9:44 am yes sorry I meant to type terracotta colour! horrible stuff! The concrete itself is in good condition which runs from an undercover patio and a path around to the front of the house. total size is about 60 sqm. Much a do about nothing. You can see the fall heading to the actual drains. Stormwater ingress will be minimal and it's far better to have the top sitting flush rather… 12 6252 As most others have posted above the install isn't compliant. The pipe is meant to be covered in loose soil or sand, the pipe has holes in it that leaks out a termicide… 10 5730 Just get as close as you can without hitting the posts. Once you are close to the edge of the path the chance of cracking is minimised. 7 9195 |
