Just had the new plain concrete laid two days ago (pic below), but some areas seem to be much yellow than the other areas, is able to see the clear difference between two areas. On the day there were 3 concrete trucks came, so my questions is: Is it because the concrete mix was different between trucks? Yellow means two much sand in the mix? Is it normal that there are many dots on the surface? Is it quality related issue? Any solution to this issue?
