Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Dec 19, 2014 5:42 pm Gday All, We have a brick veneer home, the current level around the house is at the bottom of the first course of brickwork. Would the concreter excavate the soil then put the slab down so the finishing level is at the bottom of the first course or would they normally just pour the concrete at that level? We are currently starting a site cut and would like to get our levels right so we can plan our drainage as the ground just gets boggy after it rains. Never argue with an idiot.
