Please help, I am so stressed over what our concreter has done. He has applied concrete to the whole side of our house 1.2m from house to fence and about 6 meters long. The problem is he has not put in drainage as he said that the pipes were a meter long in the ground and too far to dig. And the concrete is flat which means when it rains, the water will go into the weep holes as the bottom of the weep hole is the same level as the surface of the concrete.
I am not sure what to do, the concreter said he will not rip it up. When I briefed him on the job, I told him not to cover the weep holes and go underneath but when I got home and saw that he did not cover the weep holes but he also didn't leave any room underneath the weep holes so water will now get in, I was so upset. And he did not make a slope as well. We have paid him already. Please please help.
What are my obtions to ensure that water does not go into the weepholes?
