Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Nov 14, 2014 6:57 am Hi there, We are in the final stages of building our house however everything has come to a grinding halt. We basically just need the driveway to be done and the house will be complete. The builder keeps telling us dates that it will be done but they come and go and no concreter's show up. I just want to know when they do come to do the drive, how many days will it take for them to actually prep the drive (box it all in, place the mesh etc) and then actually pour the concrete? The drive is fairly long around 100sq/m. Thanks. Re: How long to pour a driveway? 4Nov 14, 2014 11:07 am But don't forget you can't drive on it for a few days after it is poured. Not sure of the recommended time to wait, but you will need to find out for sure. Owner Building at Jimboomba Woods in Logan City Qld.
