Hello, I live in the Dandenong Ranges. I mention this because it can be cool and wet most months of the year.
I have a very large paved area at the bottom of our very slopping block, Murray Gold clay pavers 495mm x 495mm, approximately 80-100 square metres, most of which is in shade a lot of the year. They are constantly black with dirt and mould. It takes me hours and hours to power wash each spring. In addition, they were sinking and retaining wall falling away. So I am in the process of lifting and repaving with the existing pavers turned upside down, which are quite clean.
It's looking pretty well. I want the colour to last though. Could someone tell me the best thing to use to seal it so that it stays looking clean and is more resistant to black mould/dirt. Something heavy duty to last the wet and shade.
Thanks.
Kathleen
