Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Jul 01, 2014 3:18 pm I have been using my new garage for 5 months and am wanting to make it look nicer and reduce the dust pick-up from my feet when I walk back into the house (I put my drinks fridge in there last month hence the extra trips to the garage ). I am thinking of painting or sealing the floor. Has anyone done this before or got any suggestions/ tips? There are some oil leaks on the floor so to prepare this what I think I would do; - Sweep and vacuum, - Scrub the floor with hot water and detergent, then rinse and let dry, - Use either Solver paving paint or Dymark epoxy coating ( << more inclined to use this). Would appreciate the advice, thanks. I just need to ensure that whatever I do won't be slippery when wet. Owner Building at Jimboomba Woods in Logan City Qld. Wouldn't hurt to do it on new either.
