Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Oct 17, 2012 1:07 am I have got the building company to quote on supplying exposed aggregate instead of pavers. Cost of pavers and installation is included in the house price. The quote worked out to be an additional $60/m2 for basic exposed aggregate (low price end of exposed aggregate) . I thought it wasn't bad deal until I read http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=59426 So basically I just want to find what basic pavers and installation is worth per m2? Is it worth getting a credit for this and organizing a exposed aggregate contractor? Thanks Re: builders provide exposed aggregate instead of pavers 2Oct 17, 2012 2:20 am The credit you get will depend on the builder...we got quoted credits of between $1000 and $3200 when we asked a few builders what we would get back for deleting paving in alfresco and driveway. you won't get back anywhere near what you would pay for paving...if you would use the pavers elsewhere around your house ask to move the driveway allowance instead of a credit Last year I had a gas leak at my house. 3 days later, I have about 1 sqm of my exposed aggregate paving broken up. I am not sure how to go about getting it repaired… 0 10411 After some ideas on making our patio kid friendly . Currently we have exposed aggregate.
