Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Mar 18, 2012 9:09 am HI, Just spent yesterday installing 6x glass panels from the Highgrove glass fencing system from Bunnings. It wasnt an easy job, taking all day just to level and brace 6 panels. My problem now is there is a grout "haze" thats is on the panels up to about the 150mm-200mm high from the bottom. Is there a way or a product i can get to clear this "haze" from the glass? Thanks for any info G removing grout haze from glass pool fencing? 2Mar 18, 2012 12:43 pm What is the grout off? Are they installed into a channel or the spigots? We have the same fence panels which are set into the spigots - no haze was left on ours. Some things are worth waiting for. Re: removing grout haze from glass pool fencing? 3Mar 18, 2012 1:16 pm dry diluting some hyrocloric acid and see if that helps, grout is cement based so it might work. Just make sure you clean the grout you want to keep well, lots of fresh water and a bit of a scrub. Re: removing grout haze from glass pool fencing? 4Mar 19, 2012 9:03 pm thanks for the replys, The lads over on another reno forum recommended using white Vinegar, and it worked a treat. the grout haze was residue from the glass panels being set into the aluminium channel, i washed it off, but it was too late, the vinegar cleans the glass like nothing else. Thanks Again G Need to remove glass panel out of concrete without wrecking the glass to get the spa room in, any recommendations on how to do that.
