Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Nov 21, 2011 3:55 pm a few little tips for those of you considering polished conc 1. take the time visit jobs in your surrounding area 2. photos on the net may look good from certain angles , don't always tell shown the true character of the job 3.take your own photos of floor before process begins 4. polished concrete should be uniformed in color. no blotch's , darker areas, lighter areas so forth this has nothing to do with the concrete, do not take this as an excuse from your tradesmen 5. polished conc should not have scratches, holes , marks from polishing disks (tend to be black) 6. there is no excuse for damage walls , doors , kitchens, make sure they fix or just back charge 7.there is no excuse for a house full of dust you will find proven tradesmen in your area, or state i strongly recommend you check a least 2 of there jobs(there not as hard to find as you think) , for when your paying over 100 sq m you wanna be certain you are getting the best .
