Was hoping someone could advise about a few questions I have regarding concrete core drilling.
I need to install a balustrade along the edge of a concrete slab,slab edge sits on a block wall that has been filled with concrete.
My questions are,
What is the recommended distance from slab edge and depth to drill the cores?

I use Tramex moisture meter and it will tell me instantly if the wall is cement sheet or plaster or masonite but most people dont have the equipment.
