Two of the concreters want to pin the driveway and paths to our Waffle Slab. The third said he would not do that as he regards waffle slabs as lacking strenght to accept a large driveway being pinned to the slab. That is if the driveway lifts thru earth movement it could damage the slab etc. Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
