Advice? 5Jan 17, 2011 5:38 pm lisanne If the landscaper called the paver manufacturer then I'm not sure that it's the landscapers fault as it sounds like they followed the instructions they were given. Maybe you should contact the paver manufacturer as they were the ones that instructed the landscaper on what to do. We have organised a meeting onsite with the paving manufacturer for next Monday so we will see what they have to say about it. Re: Landscaper has ruined my pavers. Advice? 7Jan 18, 2011 8:14 am As a manufacturer of sealers we always hate this type of situation. We state on our labels that end use of the product is out of our control. We ALWAYS recommend an approved applicator to apply our products so this sort of thing doesn't happen. With what you've got unfortunatly is to many people in the problem. The way this can go is the landscaper blaming the supplier for the directions, the supplier blaming the landscaper for not applying it correctly, then the landscaper blaming the Sealer Manufacturer for poor product and around you go. I hope it doesn't come to this because you are in the middle, but from my view, the person doing the cleaning and sealing should be responsible for his/her work. Hopefully all parties can to come to an argeement for you. Good luck. Re: Landscaper has ruined my pavers. Advice? 8Feb 07, 2011 5:30 pm What is the outcome of this? He should not of used chlorine to try and remove the mud stains, it sounds like the acid was not applied evenly, it should be reapplied by spray and followed up with a pressure clean by an experienced operator using the correct pressure and tools, not hosed off. Note- chlorine will not bleach pavers. Hi, Wondering anyone has any recommendation of good landscaper for new home in southern Sydney? My land is a bit sloppy down need a good design.
