We just had liquid limestone poured, and the surface feels very rough on the foot.
Is it normal that liquid limestone has a rough surface?

Re: Liquid Limestone Finishing 3Dec 21, 2010 5:48 pm I did mine myself and used a brushed finish, I like it but my slabs have different "colours", ie a couple are pale white but a few are blotchy with yellowish patches that look like they have not completely dried but they have. Doesn't really worry me as it is a rustic landscape but I would prefer an even shade, is there anything I can do? Also, I did not seal slabs with anything, do I have to or can I go with unsealed?
