Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Oct 21, 2010 6:54 pm I am thinking of DIY concreting/paving the area (footpath) around the house but currently, the ground (soil fill ??) is too low (around the same height as the slab, i can just see the slab on the side). Weep holes are 2 bricks above the slab and I want the footpath to be 1 brick above than the slab (so it is 1 brick below the weep holes). What filling do I need to use so that i don't have to use too much concrete? Do I just use soil filling like this one http://www.allgreen.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=1_3&products_id=50 or crushed rock like this one http://www.allgreen.com.au/product_info ... ucts_id=55 Thanks.
