The plans show the storm water running under the garage as well as all the normal stuff (water pipes, sink, shower, toilet) running under, or where the paving will go. In addition we have found an old crush rock filled storm water pit located under the slab where our Alfresco sits. Is this a problem??????????????????? Not sure if this is the right place to ask. But if all these pipes run under the slab or the concrete paving I intend to put in, how do you repair a pipe if it breaks??????????????? Is the pit a potential problem??????????????
