That needs sooo much work to begin with and much that needs removal and reinstatement. How did you pay them or was there money up front? They need to be bagged... and that other site needs reeming But who am i to judge? I don't like the way the concrete is 'placed' in a shabby way and a 'stamp' used to make it look something else. Though that is another issue. I wonder what the site would do is there provision for comments? So others don't get caught.... BTW if the person that did the work put a 'handle' on the stamp the finger marks would not happen. They have handles!!!!! Heres the photo that shows him doing it, see the handles.
