Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Jun 18, 2010 11:48 pm Hi everyone, We have recently had an exposed aggregate driveway poured and sealed, however it is highly exposed. To the point where it is very uncomfortable to walk on barefoot, and also the cars are pulling out stone and tearing the sealant when you drive on it. We have already had the concreter return and reseal the driveway but it has happened again, and I just don't know what to do. I would like to know if there is some official organisation or industry body/group that I can call to have an inspection completed and report made up indicating if our driveway is outside of some type of acceptable industry level? We're in Bayside, Melbourne. Cheers Shaun Shaun I would send it to the certifier who is technically your representative and working on your behalf not the builder's 1 2282 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45567 If you already have a contract, is the inspection cost stated in there? If not they would be forced to issue you a variation which you could of course object to. 12 25886 |
