Normally, the salesman conditions you at the start with the possibility of additional site engineering...theses don't become apparent until you hand over money for preparation of their plans (PPA). Most battlers associate trust with engineering and gladly hand over huge sums of money for upgrades unfortunately, that trust isn't transferable to salesman on Big Commi$$ions. OT, I doubt there's 50m3 ($13K) concrete in your entire Build let alone that amount for a deep edge beam and a few piles on the lower side (guessing since we know nothing of your build?)
