Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Jan 28, 2010 3:44 pm Hi There Just wondering if anyone has used the Stylestone Signature Series Quartz concrete pavers for your driveway/paving. Did you seal these after laying? Any photos would be appreciated along with your reviews on likes/dislikes/durability etc. Cheers jbarry My build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=25713 13th Oct - Offer on block 4th Dec - Settlement of block scheduled (delayed due to titles) 22nd Feb - Titles Issued 17th Mar - Land Settlement 17th Mar - Pre-start meeting Re: Used Stylestone Signature Series Quartz pavers? Photos pls 2Jan 28, 2010 7:33 pm I am using them but obviously haven't got them yet (only at brick stage now). Best place to see them in the flesh is at display home villages. I have seen some that were sealed and they looked quite 'glossy' and didn't appeal to me - if I seal them I will be using a matte sealer (if at all). I do have some photos I may be able to find for you later. Just a warning though - very expensive upgrade with DA! Photos pls 3Jan 28, 2010 9:39 pm Hi There Thanks so much. We have already upgraded and have the costs now included in our contract along with extension of our Alfresco area. They are a really specky paver. If my husband would budge I'd love to get the Terrazzo - but another $30.00 per square metre on top of the quartz, I can't justify. They look the same as the quartz only I think they have been polished. Just a word of warning though, Midland Brick have advised us that all their concrete pavers need to be sealed. We have asked DA to do this at time of laying. Yes it was costly to upgrade but I think totally worth it. I've been watching your build with interest. Do you have a good SS and CLO looking after things for you? We've just signed our contracts and our plans are in shire, however we've had a delay with issue of titles which is really frustrating so no doubt the plans are sitting on a shelf somewhere. Anyway, thanks again.
