Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Jan 10, 2010 12:10 pm just a quick question, house is nearly finished, and im pretty sure house bricks havent been cleaned when brickies finished the job. the brickies did a great job, bricks i used were the austral, homestead mushroom. so the mortor colour is close to the brick colour ive been to the house neerly everyday since the start, and ive seen no indication of water ****** around to suggest they have been washed. so do the bricks have to be sealed. im sure that when i ask my ss about this hell just tell me that they have been cleaned, thinking that i wont know the diff. thats what there like these ss. anyway i can tell for sure if they have been cleaned. as expansion joints have not been filled yet and some still have mortor in them.
