Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Sep 09, 2009 2:55 pm i currently have a stormwater easement that cuts my property in half its a 1.2M(wide) x 1.2M(deep) concrete channel and i want to run a driveway over the channel because i want to build my garage behind there and just seeing if anyone has done this can it be done ? any ideas? Re: PROBLEM NEED RESOLVING 2Sep 09, 2009 10:35 pm I think you are allowed to cover over it, but if council or anyone needs access they can come and rip up anything in the way and they do not have to pay to repair it.
