No contractor, concrete supplier will guarantee against cracking. If they have done all prep and installation as required for your circumstance then they have no legal or otherwise obligation to repair the crack unless it is as stated a structural defect caused by improper installation. As far as colour changes, blotchy etc then that is a problem and the concretor should rectify. Also if the finish and drainage/fall is not as it should be then the concretor should rectify.
