The brick and the concrete are virtually at the same level. I'm not concerned about how it all looks; just looking to seal up the bricks from storm water which will pass over them in heavy rain. I was thinking of usuing cement, but would it be too thin of a coat and crack straight away? Any ideas about how to seal off the brick are very welcome!
