Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Jun 08, 2021 7:05 pm Hi all Looking for some urgent help. I had a concreter lay concrete at the sides of the house. He kept the 5cm gap around the house for weep holes but he couldn’t meet the requirement at 2 places. It was laid only last Friday (5 days ago). I have 25 years warranty on Rentokil home guard termite treatment. And my annual inspection due next week. My house is only 1 year 6 months old. 1. Would it affect my termite warranty? 2. Would they void the warranty saying it has been disturbed or would they propose a treatment to the area to keep the protection going? Anyone who has had a similar situation? 3. I m even happy to rip the concrete off first before their inspection but have been told that they will know that the concrete was laid anyway Please she some light.
