Paving & Concreting

Looking for some urgent help. I had a concreter lay concrete at the sides of the house. He kept the 5cm gap around the house for weep holes but he couldn’t meet the requirement at 2 places. It was laid only last Friday (5 days ago). I have 25 years warranty on Rentokil home guard termite treatment. And my annual inspection due next week. My house is only 1 year 6 months old.
1. Would it affect my termite warranty?
2. Would they void the warranty saying it has been disturbed or would they propose a treatment to the area to keep the protection going? Anyone who has had a similar situation?
3. I m even happy to rip the concrete off first before their inspection but have been told that they will know that the concrete was laid anyway
Please she some light. Pictures of the work attached

Yep, the regs are 75mm in your area. Plenty of houses fail to meet the reg and provided the weep holes are not critically low, water doesn't pool against the house and…
