In the NCC V2 220.127.116.11 there is a variation for South Australia that says - (e) After vertical surfaces are stripped of formwork, slab edges must be finished prior to curing.
In this instance, what does "finished" mean?

No. That's really bad. In 3 months with Fowler homes I have Slab, Roof, Bricks and Plumbing rough in all complete.
