Water damage to new drive way

Hi we have just moved in at start of January very happy with the build. But are soon to be new neighbours have started there build with ustlye homes and are at the slab down stage. They have kept it wet so it does not crack because of hot weather. But water has pooled right beside are driveway because of there garage is right beside the fence. it has left are driveway with water/ mild damage. Any advice on how deal builders or will just burn off?
It is actually worse than pics are from couple days ago
