Can weep holes be raised?

Hi there,
I’m having a pool built next to the side of the house. The pool height and pavers along side of the house are higher than the weep holes.
The pool builder is putting a drain with pebbles between the pavers and the house, thus not filing in the weep holes but it will cover it.
Is this a problem? Can the weep holes be raised up?
Thx Lara

You are correct. Just read through all the ncc rules and 75mm is the minimum requirement for me.
