Our original plan was to tile this space and put in a pergola - the concreter has suggested just not “exposing” this part of the exposed aggregate so it’s easier to tile. Long story short - will this be ok to tile over? Will we need to screed it over top to make the tiles adhere well? Last year I had a gas leak at my house. 3 days later, I have about 1 sqm of my exposed aggregate paving broken up.
