Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Mar 29, 2015 4:04 pm Hi all, my issue is that upon completion of our house build we will have an area along one side of house from house edge to colour bond fencing of 1.7M x 15M long and the paving can be edged against the house and shed edge but the colour bond fencing is built on a sand base as there is no need to retain the edge between property. Question is "how can i prevent the paving against the fencing from one washing out under and therefore tipping the pavers as I have this happening at our rental now and need a solution please. ______________________ CELERBRATION HOMES The Lennox Re: paving edge has no room for haunching- what to do? 2Mar 29, 2015 4:23 pm One solution is to stabilise the sand base by mixing about 5% cement in with the sand.
