We really liked the black pebble stone look - wanted it vertical in the shower, but we chose to go with the standard feature tile- (Rip off merchants!) and preferred to pay for the kitchen mosaics. So we chose this one as the Vanity is Iron Ore - this tile has some browns and creams in it so we can use those colours in towels etc to accessorise. We were quite concerned as it wasn't a tile we looked at - but it comes up well.! 1st time bldrs, fussy and impatient! Re: Bathroom pics - today 02/10/08 10Oct 02, 2008 10:36 pm Loving your vanity...nice big room too...very jealous. Our bathroom (when we finally get to move in!) will be about the size of the vanity I think!! haha Re: Bathroom pics - today 02/10/08 11Oct 23, 2008 8:33 pm Hey guys, some great projects going on there. What do people think of frameless glass? I like the idea because you have no frame getting mouldy, just glass that you can wipe. Admittedly you need a little space so that you can have some room from the shower entrance and the rest of the bathroom. Perhaps a shower grate too?
Anyone got any comments here. i have been looking at some systems, admittedly they are pretty pricey... Re: Bathroom pics - today 02/10/08 12Oct 26, 2008 7:25 am Hi Sid,
Frameless look great, we didn't have an option unless we wanted to $$$. The only thing we have noticed is the gaps between the glass, I think some water would escape when you are having a shower. Oh & i your shower is big enough, get a door that opens inwards so the water doesn't drip on the floor of your bathroom! Cheers 1st time bldrs, fussy and impatient!
