I am in Victoria.
I have four adjacent rooms: Bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bathroom, study.
I would like to turn Bedroom 2 into WIR and ensuite and relocate bathroom to the study, and then turn the existing bathroom into a study. No structural work is involved.
Do I need a building permit?
