We are throwing around the idea of putting a second bathroom in our 3 bed 1 bath 2 storey house. We cant put it upstairs, so it would have to be downstairs off the rumpus room, essentially taking up room in the double garage, which is fine.
My question is does anyone have a rough idea on cost of building something like this. Where it would go, there is already plumbing there due to the laundry being in the garage aswell. We would look to incorporate the laundry aswell, putting the appliances in a cupboard so its out of sight.
it would be just a basic bath, basin and toilet, as well as the cupboard laundry. As we dont have a bath in our upstairs bathroom.
