I plan to renovate a 1965 2nd story unit bathroom but the floor is a concrete slab and the walls are brick & render, No wood. I am wondering if this is a whole lot harder and a more expensive bathroom to remodel. Only if you are intending to relocate plumbing and electrical, otherwise it should be pretty much the same.
