When we had our inspection I did say to the builder that I thought the strip would run from wall to wall as everything is getting wet. he did not comment much at all. Really do not know where to go from here other then getting another person to back us up. He did mention that the waterproofing was signed off or certified but guessing that guy assumed it was a closed in shower as well. Do I get a copy of this report at hand over or how can I get a copy of this report. Our builders Contract states we are not to enter the property with out approval first, but we do go in every weekend.
