Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Mar 23, 2019 9:09 pm Hi guys, my wife and I just couldn't figure out how we can make our bathrooms elegant and stylish. Our current layout is quite ordinary and my wife would want to come up with a layout that would make her happy. Can you please give us your insight? We're thinking of putting a bath tub in the master's bathroom but it might not fit. We would also like to put double vanity in the common bathroom. Move the vanity to the opposite side of the wall so that 2 basin can fit without blocking the shower door, change the direction of the bathroom door opening so you can see the vanity first when you enter the bathroom and not the toilet. Move the toilet on the opposite side next to shower. You can either keep the hinged door as is in the WIR or change to sliding door. With the shower, you might need to extend the length so that the shower door won't hit the bath tub when opening, you can also change the direction of the shower door opening (instead from right to left, change to left to right. You will need to reduce the length of vanity so two basin can still fit. With the window here, it's good if you move it to the centre above the bath tub. Idea of working from the centre is that you dont have a 20mm thin tile at one end and a 400mm at the other end. A quick search on… 3 8423 You never have a fridge against wall as you’ve drawn. The doors can’t open past 90 degrees and it’s difficult and maybe impossible to remove drawers 2 15610 Hello It is good to have a planned bathroom reno to suit your budget and design, living for 10 years I think you need a bathtub 4 10380 |
