Hi. I'm new so be kind.
I'm thinking of managing our reno myself. Coordinating trades etc.
I have 3 bathroom to be redone and have come up with a very loose budget for trades. All 3 are not overly big (average 5sqm). 1 involves no moving of plumbing/electrics, 1 moving a few things and 1 moving quite a bit.
So my 'loose' budget for trades per bathroom is:
so $10k average per bathroom.......
Any thoughts? Am I crazy thinking this is achievable. The bathroom that require the most work has good sub floor access.

Couldn't have selected a better time to carry out this type of work. Tile, tap, and bathroom ware suppliers are going to be giving it away in price terms after Christmas as building generally slows down. Will be some real bargains around. One can taste it in the air, already.
