I will get expert advice but wanted to know if this is something that is likely to be feasible.
Any advice or experiences would be great!
The biggest issue would be access to services like plumbing and electrical. Electrical and incoming plumbing should not be too big an issue if you have frame and plaster walls. Unless you have a cavity under your floors, outgoing plumbing would be the bigger challenge, but since the existing kitchen area already has that, it might make things easier. In the end, anything is feasible if you are prepared to pay for it.

Don’t think it’s plaster walls. But I’ll have to move the internal wall to make space for the bathroom.
I thought having it adjacent to the kitchen would make it easier given that all connects to the sewerage pipes. any idea as to cost?
