The seat is held in place by toggle style bolts (bolt is screwed into and plastic sleeve that pulls up underneath and fixes the seat in place. Only thing is the bolts will not go more than half way through the hole. As the seat is not returnable due to health reasons, does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get it to fit?
