Re: Fixing dripping Dorf tap2

I'm trying to fix a dripping Dorf tap but to do so I need to remove the cone shaped fitting that sits on the washbowl. Its stuck! Any suggestions on how to remove it without damaging the fitting?
Without a picture I can’t say.
But hazarding a guess you need a strap wrench....

Thanks everyone. I believe that you're right and that decks are done after fixout. That's fine. Builder is good. Cheers

I think sticking them with glue can be a good option. See whether it is helpful or not.
