Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Nov 05, 2017 10:27 pm Hi guys So we moved into our new home a few months back. During the build I came across some nice laundry ideas that incorporated washer and dryer under the bench but we were too late to do that. Stupid me I wish I could go back and change my plans. Anyway no point dwelling on the past, now our laundry is laid out like an L shape, one wall is floor to ceiling linen and the other wall is a sink with a cupboard at the bottom and a washer beside it with a bench on top. The bench falls down beside the washer and there's only room to stand beside the washer. I need a dryer now with 2 kids and so much laundry piling up daily.. I can see myself hanging a dryer but those cost so much to run. Anyone manage to wall mount a heat pump dryer or place it on top of a bench top? My washer is below a ceasar stone bench top which is empty. Help please.. thanks Re: Laundry Reno or dryer ideas 2Nov 05, 2017 10:46 pm Without ripping out all your new cabinetry and stone, I think you’re best off buying a good quality washer and dryer combo. Put your existing washer elsewhere or sell it. http://www.bosch-home.com.au/productlis ... We have put ours in our garage, as we have done at our previous house also. It also means more room in the laundry.
