After some opinions!
We are finalizing our new house plans, all but finished before we sign the PCC. Something husband and I can't reach a decision on is whether to include a sink in the seperate toilet next to the main bathroom.
Builder wants almost $1,400 extra for this and it sounds like one of those basic tiny rectangle ones so in all likelihood we'll change it and it will be more.
Husband thinks not worth the money.
Also under consideration is whether having a seperate loo is "old fashioned" and as we will have three toilets (ensuite and a seperate one in the laundry) we should just enclose within the main bathroom to have a larger bathroom and do away with the whole sink issue.
Our family situation is two of us, a toddler and one on the way 😃
Current bathroom layout in the pick (with sink we've said to take out...)
