I've built a new home with Clarendon and have found the falls in bathroom floor tiling inadequate to drain water, both in shower recess and bathroom floor.
Upon inspection, Clarendon's tiling contractor have agreed to repair the floor, by removing the floor tiles to re-lay.
The tiler has said they can remove only the floor tiles and mortar bed without damaging wall tiles or the waterproofing membrane.
I am concerned that the waterproofing membrane will be compromised when removing the floor tiling, and that spot patch repairs to the membrane is not appropriate.
Could somebody please offer advice on my issue?
I feel that the waterproofing would need to be re-done completely, meaning removal of wall tiles also.
