Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Mar 30, 2017 4:52 pm Hi all. My husband and I have recently bought our first house with the plan to slowly do some renos. We are very knew to the DIY scene. We have just removed the old sealant from our shower. The existing work was quite rough, we found a few layers of poorly done silicone and even grout in the joint between wall and floor tiles. My question is weather we have disrupted the waterproofing while removing the old sealant. And if we have is it a big job to fix? I've attached a photo.
