However in the en-suite, which is quite large we use the floor tile (albeit a larger polished version) as a feature on the back wall, and in the main bathroom the floor tile runs up over the bath hub. Even though same tiles, makes each look different. You can really use anything you want the main consideration would be how it looks once painted/finished - or the look you want.
