We used to live in a rental that had three toilets all with a flat bit in the bowl above the water line. It was the most ridiculous piece of design that i have ever seen. You pretty much had to clean it after every use. I think part of the problem was that the hole was too far forward to make a splash landing, if you get my drift THIS!!!
