Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Jul 18, 2016 10:59 am Hi Guys, I just join to the forum to get some advice from experiences fellow members. I just bought early80s townhouse with original old bathroom (with walk-in shower) which is located at upstairs on wooden floor. I got some information as early 80's NSW don't have waterproofing laws so that better Reno the whole bathroom. How much can I expected the cost of minimum spending with waterproofing and renovation. I'm quite on tight budget at the moment. I contacted to get quote on 1 renovator but need to wait few days to get site access. Which questions and information to ask renovator as I don't have knowledge for renovation. If someone have recommended bathroom renovator please let me know. Location is Southwest Sydney. Thanks in advance. K Re: First time Bathroom Reno questions 2Sep 22, 2016 8:35 am MacFlds, You're best starting with a design/layout to give to the builder.
