Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Jul 07, 2016 1:40 am Hi all, Not sure whether I should extend the bathroom mirror right down to the benchtop to give the illusion of an extra wide sink, (but at the risk of water always splashing on the mirror), or to have the mirror say 15-20 cm above the benchtop instead with effectively a tile backsplash 15-20 cm tall. Any opinions? Thanks! A. Mirror all the way down to bench Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ or? B. I was forever wiping off water splashes and toothpaste spray! Maybe my lot are messy, I don't even understand how the toothpaste would get there, but it did. It must still happen with tiles but it isn't obvious. Perhaps the basin shape was contributing??
